About
~/about $ whoami # background, values, skills, and current tooling
I'm a Senior Business Analyst at a New Zealand university. Most of the job is translation — making sense of complexity, then turning what people actually need into something a delivery team can build.
Outside of work I run a homelab on a Minisforum MS-A2 — Proxmox and ZFS for virtualisation and storage, MikroTik with VLAN segmentation for the network, and Home Assistant with Zigbee2MQTT tying the house together.
When I'm not in a terminal you'll find me experimenting with self-hosted AI, VJing with Resolume and NDI, taking photos, and listening to far too many podcasts. Based in Ōtautahi / Christchurch, Aotearoa New Zealand.
